The questions couples actually ask
How many people are usually in the group photos?
I keep it to 4 to 6 combinations at most, immediate family and wedding party. In my experience, couples remember enjoying their day far more than they remember an extra ten minutes of group shots, so the list stays short and is completed quickly with no chasing anyone down.
Do we still get candid, documentary style images with this package?
Yes, throughout the entire day, not just during the portrait window. The portraits and groups are a deliberate addition alongside full candid coverage, not a replacement for it.
Will it feel like we're posing all day?
No. The portrait and group session is a relaxed window, typically under an hour combined, at the start of your reception. Everything else, the ceremony, speeches, dancing, is observed exactly as it happens.
What's the actual difference between this and The Unscripted?
Both are documentary at the core. Classic Coverage adds a small, deliberate window for group photos and couple portraits. The Unscripted has none of that and stays fully unposed from start to finish. Compare both in full.
What if our group shot list changes on the day?
That happens, and it's fine. The list agreed beforehand is a starting point, not a fixed script, and small changes on the day don't disrupt the timing.
Do we need to plan where the portraits happen?
Not in detail. Fifteen years working across Cambridgeshire venues means the best light and backdrops at your specific location are usually already known, we'll confirm the spot on the day.
We love black and white images, is that something you offer?
Yes. A Black and White Highlights gallery is included as standard, a skilfully curated set pulled from across your day, portraits and groups included, that are simply asking to be expertly converted into black and white. It sits alongside your full colour gallery rather than replacing it.
