The Unscripted
Your day told as it happens, candid and editorial, with the estate's grounds and light used as they fall rather than arranged. A short, natural window is set aside for portraits of the two of you, everything else, including family groups, is only photographed if it happens naturally. Best for couples who want to forget the camera is there.

Warm, traditional, and led with a gentle hand, suited to a day with this much formal architecture and ceremony around it. Best for couples who want to feel guided, not uncertain.

Hengrave Hall, the questions couples actually ask
Can you get married outside at Hengrave Hall?
The lake and gardens are used as backdrops for portraits rather than as licensed ceremony spots, with ceremonies held in the church of St John Lateran or one of the licensed rooms inside the Hall.
How many guests can Hengrave Hall hold?
The estate is taken on exclusive use and comfortably accommodates intimate weddings through to larger celebrations of around 150 guests.
Is Hengrave Hall good for winter weddings?
Very much so. The Hall's interiors, the Banqueting Hall, Library and Dining Room among them, give you a properly grand setting when the gardens aren't the focus.
Do you offer the same coverage style for every Hengrave Hall wedding?
No. Couples choose between The Unscripted and Classic Coverage, both built to suit the estate, so the style is yours to set rather than a default I bring with me.
Is there a church close by for the ceremony?
Yes, the church of St John Lateran is a short walk from the Hall itself, a genuinely picturesque little church, so there is no transport to arrange between ceremony and reception. The vicar there is warm, easygoing and clearly loves marrying couples on the estate, which makes the whole morning far less stressful than it could be.
